I-DLE is kicking off a new chapter in Japan with their first local album since rebranding.
💿 New Japanese EP Drops October 3
The group will release their Japanese EP i-dle on October 3, marking their first Japanese comeback in about five years—and their first official Japanese release since adopting their new name, I-DLE.
The EP features a total of five tracks, including the title track What Should I Do? (Japanese: どうしよっかな), three brand-new songs, and a Japanese version of one of their previous hits.
✍️ Soyeon Takes the Lead in Songwriting
The title track What Should I Do? was written and composed by member Soyeon, capturing I-DLE's signature emotional flair. The EP will be available in three versions, including limited editions.
🎤 First Japan Tour Begins in Saitama
To celebrate the release, I-DLE will embark on their first-ever Japanese tour, starting October 4 at Saitama Super Arena, followed by a show at Glion Arena Kobe.
In addition, the group will hold fan sign events in Tokyo and Osaka, signaling a full-scale launch of their Japanese promotions.
🌞 Summer Sonic Appearance Confirmed
I-DLE is also set to perform at Summer Sonic 2025, Japan's largest music festival, on August 16–17.
