TV personality Hong Jin-kyung has finalized her divorce after 22 years of marriage.

According to entertainment sources, Hong and her husband—referred to as Mr. A—have officially ended their marriage. The two reportedly agreed to focus more on their individual lives and finalized the divorce through mutual consent.

A broadcasting insider told Dispatch, "There was no fault on either side. They lived well together for 22 years and simply agreed to part ways to live the rest of their lives separately, but peacefully."

Hong married Mr. A, a businessman five years her senior, in 2003 after dating for five years. The couple welcomed their daughter Rael in 2010.

It's been confirmed that Rael supported her parents' decision. Before filing for divorce, Hong consulted her daughter, who reportedly respected and supported their choice.

Though they are no longer legally married, the two remain close. Mr. A is said to frequently visit Hong's home, and both sides of the family continue to maintain a strong relationship.

Hong Jin-kyung debuted in 1993 as a supermodel. Since then, she has built a multi-faceted career as a comedian, actress, kimchi entrepreneur, and YouTuber.
