PURPLE KISS will reunite with their Japanese fans one last time before officially ending group activities later this year.
The group is set to kick off their final world tour, "A Violet to Remember," on September 13 at Supernova Kawasaki in Japan. The tour's title connects to their debut album "INTO VIOLET", signaling a full-circle moment as they leave a lasting impression of their signature "violet" energy with fans.
A Farewell Bouquet for Fans
The tour poster features each member holding a different flower, collectively forming a vibrant bouquet—a symbolic representation of their diverse charms coming together for one final memory with their fandom, PLORY.
PURPLE KISS recently released their second single album, "I Miss My...", which explores themes of happiness with deeper emotional resonance. The album marked a stylistic shift as the group moved toward more reflective storytelling.
Group to Disband in November
On August 4, their agency announced that PURPLE KISS will officially end group activities in November. "We have decided to support each member's individual dreams," the company stated.
Until then, the group will continue all scheduled promotions, including the release of an English-language album later this month, followed by Japanese promotions, a North American tour, and a final concert in Korea.
A Creative and Concept-Driven K-pop Act
Debuting in 2021, PURPLE KISS is a six-member girl group consisting of Na Go-eun, Dosie, Ireh, Yuki, Chaein, and Swan. Former member Park Ji-eun departed in 2022.
Known for their experimental concepts—ranging from zombies to witches to quirky characters—the group left a strong impression with their artistic vision. Members were also deeply involved in songwriting and choreography throughout their career, earning them a reputation as a self-producing idol group.
