K-drama heartthrob kicks off Asia tour following a year of hit series
Choo Young-woo is proving his rising star power—his debut solo fan meeting sold out completely, and fans can expect an exciting new side of the actor.
All Tickets Gone in a Day
The actor will hold his first-ever solo fan meeting, 2025 Asia Fan Meeting Tour: Who (is) Choo?, on September 6 at KBS Arena in Seoul. Tickets opened on August 7 and sold out the same day, highlighting his growing popularity both in Korea and abroad.
According to his agency, Choo has been working hard to prepare a variety of engaging segments for the event. "Fans will get to see a different side of Choo Young-woo—something completely new," a rep hinted.
Four Hit Dramas, One Breakout Year
2025 has been a breakout year for Choo. He starred in a total of four successful dramas—JTBC's The Tale of Mrs. Okssi, Netflix originals Trauma Center and Gwangjang, and tvN's Gyeonwoo and Jiknyeo. Each project expanded his acting range and earned him widespread recognition.
Asia Tour to Follow
Now riding a wave of momentum, Choo will take his fan meeting tour beyond Korea. The Who (is) Choo? tour will stop in major Asian cities including Bangkok, Taipei, Osaka, and Tokyo, where he'll connect with international fans and further establish his global presence.
