DAY6 is celebrating their 10th anniversary by reflecting on their decade-long journey and hinting at a new chapter ahead.
The band kicked off their anniversary project, The DECADE of us, on August 4. As part of the series, they unveiled visual artwork for "It Was a Happy Day" on the 10th, using cyanotype techniques to reimagine their "Youth" series with a refreshing summer aesthetic.
Additional content was also revealed. "Beautiful Feeling" featured imagery reminiscent of past fan meetings, portraying various characters like an author, perfumer, office worker, and dock worker. Meanwhile, the "Time of Our Life" visual artwork incorporated ASCII art designs, capturing the members' essence within a single book-themed page.
DAY6 will release their 4th full-length album The Decade on September 5, marking their first full album in nearly six years since 2019. Before the album drop, they'll embark on their 10th anniversary tour, becoming the first Korean band to perform at Goyang Stadium. The tour will also take them to Bangkok, Hong Kong, and more.
The new album will be available on major music platforms at 6 PM KST on September 5.
