Former EXO member Tao (32) has revealed plans to marry Chinese actress and singer Xu Yiyang (27) in a large-scale ceremony this October.

According to Chinese media outlet Sohu.com on August 11, Tao shared during the filming of the variety program Our Inn that the wedding is set for October.

Fan-Exclusive Seats and Possible Live Broadcast

A representative close to Tao stated, "They've been preparing for the wedding for about six months. There will be special seating for fans." Unlike most celebrities who prefer private weddings, Tao is reportedly considering a live broadcast of the event. Fans are also curious whether EXO members will attend.

Relationship Timeline

Tao and Xu Yiyang went public with their relationship in July last year and later announced their marriage registration in December. Recently, pregnancy rumors surrounding Xu surfaced, but the couple has not issued any official statement.

Debuting with EXO in 2012, Tao left the group in 2015 and has since focused on his career in the Chinese entertainment industry. He recently expanded into business by launching a sanitary pad brand.
