SEVENTEEN's Jun is bringing high-octane action to the big screen alongside veteran Chinese actors.
On August 13, the production team for Furious Pursuit (directed by Larry Yang) released new still cuts, showcasing intense action sequences featuring Jackie Chan, Tony Leung Ka Fai, and Jun.
A High-Stakes Crime Chase
Furious Pursuit is an action-packed crime blockbuster that follows the relentless pursuit between a criminal syndicate—who managed to bypass an advanced surveillance network to steal billions—and the elite monitoring team tracking them down.
Jackie Chan plays crime-tracking expert Huang Dezong, while Tony Leung Ka Fai takes on the role of syndicate boss Fu Rongsheng. The two face off in a tense showdown.
Jun's Villainous Transformation
Rising star Qi Xia joins the cast, playing dual roles as Fu Rongsheng's adopted sons, Shi Wang and Shi Meng. Jun portrays another adopted son, Hu Feng, marking his first challenge as a villain—bringing an unexpected twist to the storyline. He's set to deliver sleek, precision-driven fight scenes.
Jun, a former child actor, debuted in the 2006 film The Pye-Dog, winning Best New Performer at the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild Awards. In 2023, he received the Popular Star Award at the Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Awards for his role in the Chinese drama Exclusive Fairytale.
Furious Pursuit will hit CGV theaters nationwide next month.
