NCT Dream has once again proven their explosive popularity in Japan.
On August 13, Oricon revealed its latest chart (dated August 18), showing that NCT Dream's 5th full-length album Go Back To The Future claimed the No. 1 spot on the Daily Album Ranking.
The group also took the top spot on the Weekly Overseas Album Chart. Despite being released on July 14, the album continues to receive strong love from Japanese fans, who praised its addictive tracks and energetic vibe.
Global chart dominance
With this album, NCT Dream achieved No. 1 on major Korean daily and weekly album charts, became triple crown winners on the Circle Weekly Chart, and scored wins on music shows. Internationally, they entered the UK Official Charts for "Singles Sales" and "Singles Downloads" for two consecutive weeks, earned Platinum certification on China's QQ Music, topped its digital album sales chart, and ranked No. 1 on Kugou Music.
A cinematic time-travel concept
Go Back To The Future tells the story of seven quirky characters embarking on a time-travel journey to find their most brilliant selves. The members delivered the concept like a dynamic movie, earning praise from fans and critics alike.
The album contains nine tracks, including double title tracks "BTTF" and "CHILLER," as well as "I Like It," "Dream Team," and "My Shower," showcasing a variety of genres.
Upcoming stadium concert in Bangkok
NCT Dream will continue their global tour with the "2025 NCT Dream Tour: The Dream Show 4 – Dream the Future" on August 16–17 at Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
