Day6 Kicks Off 10th Anniversary with New Album Trailer
by. ymchoi

Day6 has officially started their 10th-anniversary celebrations by releasing a trailer for their upcoming album.

Marking a decade since their debut, Day6 began the commemorative project earlier this month with "The DECADE of us" launched on August 4. The latest content followed closely after. On August 13, JYP Entertainment posted a trailer film for Day6's fourth full-length album, The DECADE, on the band's official social media channels.

The trailer runs approximately 2 minutes and 11 seconds, opening with the members in a moment of stillness. A white-haired conductor places a metronome and swings the baton in rhythm, setting the stage for the next scene.

As the music kicks in, the atmosphere shifts dramatically. Day6 is seen playing around like children, moving through the party venue and interacting with guests.

This album marks their first full-length release in nearly six years, following 2019's The Book of Us: Entropy, their third studio album. The DECADE is designed to encapsulate the musical spectrum the band has built over the past ten years, reaffirming their reputation as a trusted "listen-with-confidence" group in the K-pop scene.

Ahead of the album release, Day6 will launch a 10th-anniversary solo tour with the first shows titled The DECADE concert, set for August 30–31 at Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

Day6's new album The DECADE is scheduled for release on September 5 at 6 p.m. KST.
