BOYNEXTDOOR is ready to capture Japanese fans with their new release. On August 18, the group unveiled their second Japanese single album "BOYLIFE," featuring four tracks, along with the music video for the title track "Count To Love."
A Youthful Album with Bold Charm
"BOYLIFE" highlights themes of youthful love, fresh energy, and fearless confidence. The title track "Count To Love" portrays a universal story of affection, comparing the playful feelings toward someone you like to counting numbers. The lyrics reflect BOYNEXTDOOR's signature candid and lively style. Member Taesan contributed to both writing and composing, adding the group's unique color.
A Fun and Playful Music Video
In the music video, all six members appear as hosts of a fictional dating show, working together to connect a couple. Their lighthearted and charming struggles create a bright and entertaining narrative.
Expanded Tracklist for Local Fans
Alongside the new single, the album includes Japanese versions of previously released Korean songs such as "I Feel Good," "Nice Guy," and "Parental Advisory." This approach allows Japanese listeners to enjoy BOYNEXTDOOR's familiar hits in their own language.
Strengthening Their Presence in Japan
According to industry representatives, BOYNEXTDOOR has already built a strong fanbase in Japan through their first solo tour across the country. With this new album, the group aims to further solidify their presence. Starting with an appearance on TBS's "CDTV Live! Live!," BOYNEXTDOOR will continue with local music shows, variety programs, and digital content, followed by a media showcase on August 21.
