Actor and singer Lee Junho has announced a fresh start by establishing his own management company, O3 Collective.
Building a Creative and Expansive Platform
On August 18, O3 Collective officially launched, with longtime staff who have collaborated with Lee Junho joining the team. The agency emphasized a focus on the artist's identity, unique content, and structured management system, aiming to create a "creative orbit" for growth.
O3 Collective plans a team-based brand system where artists, content, and staff share ownership. The agency also intends to build an IP-centered business model capable of limitless expansion, describing itself as more than a traditional management company but a "business lab" for collaborative growth. Yang Hye-young, formerly responsible for brand strategy and live performance projects at CJ ENM, joins as co-founder.
