Actress Go Hyun-jung will return to screens with a fresh character in SBS-TV's new Friday-Saturday drama Mantis: The Murderer's Outing.

Go Hyun-jung shared her reasons for joining the project: "The story itself was very compelling. Once I got immersed in the intriguing narrative unfolding each episode, time just flew by." She added, "I was curious to see the synergy between writer Lee Young-jong's detailed storytelling and director Byun Young-joo's stylish direction. I decided to appear without hesitation."

About the Drama and Role
Mantis is a crime thriller adapted from a French drama of the same name, following a police officer who collaborates with his mother—responsible for a 20-year-old series of murders. Go Hyun-jung portrays Jeong I-shin, nicknamed "Mantis" for her brutal killing of five men, adding intense tension with her concentrated performance.
The drama will premiere on the 5th of next month at 9:50 PM KST.
