ADORE has named Lee Do-kyung as its new CEO, aiming to enhance support for artist activities.
Strategic Leadership for Artist Development
The company announced that Lee's appointment is intended to strengthen planning and management for music releases, performances, and other artist activities. This follows last year's appointment of Kim Joo-young, which separated production from management to optimize organizational structure and resource allocation. With Lee at the helm, ADORE plans to implement faster decision-making and a more responsive system to support its artists.
Lee Do-kyung's Career Background
Lee joined HYBE (formerly BigHit Entertainment) in 2019, where he developed company-wide vision and business strategies while leading new business initiatives. In 2022, he became Vice President of the IPX Business Division at HYBE Music Group, overseeing artist merchandise, pop-up stores, lightstick projects, and the THE CITY project.
ADORE emphasized that Lee's leadership will enable immediate support systems for artist activities and a highly optimized personnel structure.
The company's roster includes NewJeans, and it is currently preparing to launch a next-generation boy group, following a global audition held in June.
