Cats Eye is set to take the stage at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles.
HYBE announced that the group will participate in a special program on September 18 at the GRAMMY Museum's Ray Charles Rooftop Terrace. The museum showcases past GRAMMY winners and the history of music, and artists performing there are recognized for their global influence and public appeal.
Cats Eye plans a dynamic performance, sharing the creation process and growth story behind their second EP, Beautiful Chaos, released in June. The museum highlighted that the group is not just breaking molds but creating their own framework, aiming to transcend cultural and creative boundaries.
Formed through HYBE and Geffen Records' global audition project The Debut: Dream Academy, Cats Eye made an immediate impact upon debut. They recently performed at Lollapalooza Chicago and Summer Sonic 2025 in Japan, drawing large audiences and extensive media coverage.
Their latest EP, Beautiful Chaos, reached No. 4 on the US Billboard 200 (July 12 chart), with tracks "Gabriela" and "Gnarly" entering the Hot 100. Notably, "Gabriela" re-entered the Hot 100 at No. 76 (August 23 chart), marking a new team milestone. On Spotify, the group surpassed 1 billion streams in just one year, with 25.17 million monthly listeners (July–August). TikTok followers have also exceeded 10 million.
Cats Eye consists of members from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, creating a distinctive group identity with impressive vocals and performances. HYBE emphasized that the group's growing popularity globally exemplifies the company's successful K-pop production system on the world stage.
All six members of Cats Eye have been invited as voting members of the Recording Academy, granting them the right to participate in GRAMMY award decisions.
