Chaeyoung of TWICE is making her long-awaited solo debut.

JYP Entertainment unveiled the official timetable for Chaeyoung's first solo full-length album LIL FANTASY vol.1 on August 22 through its social media channels.

Solo Debut with Unique Charm

Starting September 1, Chaeyoung will roll out a series of teasers under the theme "Welcome to LIL FANTASY." Fans can expect a tracklist, concept photos, album preview, sneak peek, and two music video teasers leading up to release day.

The concept hints at a dreamy mood. In the teaser image, Chaeyoung reaches toward a heart illustration with a poised expression. A JYP representative noted, "This album fully captures Chaeyoung's individuality," raising anticipation.

Creative Collaboration and Release

A behind-the-scenes video was also revealed, showing Chaeyoung in the studio exchanging ideas with Japanese pop band Gliiico. Her relaxed and natural presence highlighted her artistic process.

With this release, Chaeyoung becomes the fourth TWICE member to go solo, following Nayeon, Jihyo, and Tzuyu. JYP added, "Chaeyoung is ready to showcase her musical abilities as a solo artist."

Chaeyoung's new album is set to drop on September 12 at 1 PM KST.
