The album includes six tracks, each showcasing different moods. The title track XOXZ stands out with heavy 808 bass, brass, and drum sounds that heighten the tension. Members' sweet harmonies blend seamlessly with low-tone rap. The self-coined term "XOXZ" translates to "Love you. Good night. See you in my dreams," adding intrigue to the track.

Other songs also highlight IVE's versatility: Wild Bird shines with a bright, refreshing vibe, led by Leeseo's unique tone, while Gotcha delivers a powerful girl-crush energy through bold rap and strong beats. Dear, My Feelings captures raw emotions with lines like "The love I felt, the tears I held back, all are precious, thank you." Meanwhile, Beep Beep and Dear, My Feelings both showcase the group's rich vocal blend.
