BTS has achieved another streaming milestone, adding another song to their growing list of billion-stream tracks.
Global Streaming Success
According to Spotify, BTS's third studio album title track FAKE LOVE has surpassed 1 billion streams as of August 24. The emo-hip hop track features grunge rock guitar sounds and groovy trap beats, captivating audiences worldwide with its dark, emotional tone. This marks BTS's fifth song to reach 1 billion streams, following Dynamite, which became the first single to surpass 2 billion streams in January. Other tracks exceeding 1 billion streams include My Universe, Butter, and Boy With Luv.
Jungkook's Solo Achievement
Jungkook further expanded his solo record, with his single 3D surpassing 1 billion streams. The R&B-pop track incorporates 2000s hip-hop-inspired old-school sounds and conveys a message of togetherness. With this achievement, Jungkook now holds four solo tracks over 1 billion streams, the highest number for any K-pop solo artist, including Seven and Left and Right.
Upcoming Group Plans
BTS is currently preparing for a full-group comeback, with a new album scheduled for release in the first half of next year.
