SEVENTEEN have reinforced their popularity in Greater China by selling out their upcoming concert in Hong Kong's biggest stadium. Pledis Entertainment confirmed on August 28 that tickets for the group's NEW_ world tour stop in Hong Kong sold out immediately after general sales opened the same day.
Hong Kong Stadium Milestone
The group will perform at Kai Tak Stadium on September 27–28. The venue has previously hosted global acts such as Coldplay and Taiwanese star Jay Chou, highlighting the scale of SEVENTEEN's achievement.
Expanding Stadium Tour
Before their Hong Kong shows, SEVENTEEN will kick off the NEW_ tour with a sold-out two-night concert at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on September 13–14. This continues their record of performing at major stadiums worldwide, including Seoul World Cup Stadium and Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa last year.
In 2024, the group extended their stadium presence across Asia, performing in Bulacan, Jakarta, Singapore, and Bangkok.
Global Recognition
Their touring success has been reflected in international rankings as well. SEVENTEEN earned the highest placement among K-pop groups on Billboard's mid-year Boxscore Top Tours, coming in at No. 3 overall.
