Stray Kids have surpassed 3 million first-week sales with their latest release, marking a historic achievement in K-pop this year.
Record-Breaking Album Performance
Released on August 22, the group's fourth full-length album KARMA includes 11 tracks, featuring the title song "CEREMONY." According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold 3,036,360 copies in its first week, with over 2 million sold on the first day alone. It topped both the Hanteo Weekly Physical Album Chart and Circle Weekly Retail Album Chart, becoming the only triple million-selling album of 2025.
Global Streaming Success
On Spotify, KARMA set new records for first-week streams, achieving global #2 on Top Album Debuts (Aug 22–24), #5 in the U.S., and #3 in the U.K. The title track "CEREMONY" also gained global attention, ranking #2 on Top Song Debuts, #2 in the U.S., and #7 in the U.K. Other tracks charted highly as well, including "Bpitcheri" (#3), "Creed" (#4), "In My Head" (#6), "Mess" (#7), "Phoenix" (#8), "Ghost" (#9), and "Plot Twist" (#10).
Anticipated Career High in the U.K.
With these achievements, Stray Kids are expected to hit a career high on the UK Official Charts, marking the first time they enter the top 10 on the Official Album Chart. The group will also release a remix digital single "CEREMONY – Celebrate Remixes" on August 29 at 1 PM KST (midnight ET).
