Kickflip is set to make their comeback with a new mini album later this month.
On September 1 at midnight, the band released a teaser video for "Band-Aid," a track from their upcoming third mini album "My First Flip," via official channels. The clip carried the feel of a coming-of-age film, opening with narration by Minje saying, "They told me, first love is supposed to hurt." It then shifted to dramatic visuals of the members running across a rainy rooftop before plunging into a swimming pool.
The teaser featured a driving band sound, heightening anticipation for the release. The full music video for "Band-Aid" is scheduled to drop on September 2 at midnight.
"My First Flip" comes about four months after the band's May release "Kick Out, Flip Now!" Known for their unrestrained and experimental style, Kickflip is expected to once again showcase free-spirited music with this project.
The new mini album "My First Flip" will be officially released on September 22 at 6 p.m.
