Seventeen's THE8 will step in as a Master on Mnet's Boys Planet 2 (BoPl2), guiding contestants through their next challenge.

The show recently released a preview for Episode 8 on its YouTube channel, revealing THE8's role as Planet Master and his announcement of the third mission.

Planet Masters serve as mentors for the participants, delivering new missions and providing encouragement. As a senior artist, THE8 adds credibility and excitement to the process.

The third mission, the "Debut Concept Battle," determines team members for the new songs based on votes from star creators. The results will decide which contestants advance to the semi-finals.
