Singer and actress Seohyun will appear in the short film Seeing the End, part of the three-part Believe series, the agency Lead Entertainment announced on September 3.
Seeing the End, directed by Ra Hee-chan, blends romance, action, and comedy into a human drama. The story is notable for its continuous interplay between reality and imagination.
Seohyun stars alongside actor Go Chang-seok, delivering a convincing performance and expressing nuanced emotions despite the film's short runtime.
She chose the project for its compelling story, saying, "I was drawn to the intriguing structure and resonated with the emotions and message of the character."
Seohyun has demonstrated a wide acting range across genres and platforms, appearing in films like Moral Sense, dramas such as Time, and The Thief: Sound of the Blade. Recently, she captivated audiences in KBS-2TV's I Took the Male Lead's First Night with a role that balanced comedy and romance.
Seeing the End, the chapter featuring Seohyun, is set for a solo release at CGV theaters on September 17.
