INB100, his agency, revealed on September 4 that Baekhyun became the first Korean celebrity to earn a Diamond Level 1 ranking on Weibo's 'Super Topic.' "This achievement highlights Baekhyun's overwhelming influence in the global market," the agency stated.

What is Weibo 'Super Topic'?

'Super Topic' is a fan community feature on Weibo where discussions revolve around artists, works, or specific themes. It serves as a key indicator of fandom power in China. Levels are determined by community activity, graded across Silver, Gold, and Diamond, each split into three tiers for a total of nine ranks.

Baekhyun's Exclusive Achievement

Baekhyun is the only Korean artist to reach Diamond Level 1. Industry insiders note that his recent Macau concert played a major role in boosting his ranking. Ahead of the show, his Weibo live broadcast attracted around 2.19 million simultaneous viewers.

His performance, including a Chinese song cover and fan-challenge moments, spread quickly across Chinese platforms. On Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, his clips ranked between first and third on the culture and entertainment trending charts.
