A public clash has erupted between Mnet's World of Street Woman Fighter 3 concert production team and dancer Ibuki over alleged contract issues.
The production company on September 9 rebutted Ibuki's statements, asserting that they had done their best to accommodate her participation in the Osaka Ojo Gang concert. The company claimed that Ibuki's manager had requested separate terms not shared with other members and asked that appearance fees not be explicitly stated in the contract. This, they said, made it impossible for members to confirm their rightful compensation.
The company added that all members had initially agreed to participate, but Ibuki reversed her decision just before the performance. She did not arrive in Seoul as scheduled on September 1. According to the production team, she later attempted to renegotiate through her lawyer, notifying that she would not perform in Seoul.
The production team also clarified conflicting reports regarding Ibuki's attendance at the Busan concert. They had announced her absence at 5 p.m. on September 8, but her lawyer indicated her willingness to participate around 8 p.m. the same day.
"The remaining members continue to practice diligently to honor their commitments to fans, and the production team will fully support them to ensure their efforts succeed," the statement concluded.
Ibuki, leader of Osaka Ojo Gang, did not perform at the Seoul concerts held on September 6–7 and subsequently withdrew from the Busan show. On September 8, she addressed the issue on social media, claiming the production team ignored artists' voices in the contract process and that she had never intended to skip the Busan performance. She further stated that the conflict had strained relationships with other members and that negotiations with the organizers through her lawyer were ongoing, hoping for cooperation to allow her participation in remaining concerts.
