Julie of Kiss of Life will not take part in upcoming university festival performances after suffering a rib injury.

On September 15, S2 Entertainment revealed that Julie experienced rib pain while preparing for the 2025 Idol Star Athletics Championships. She has since been receiving treatment and is in better condition, but doctors advised that she refrain from stage activities for the time being.

Festival Schedule Change

As a result, Julie will not attend the university festivals scheduled for September 16 at Chung-Ang University, September 18 at Seoul National University, and September 19 at Keimyung University. Her agency apologized, stating, "We are deeply sorry to fans and students for sharing this unfortunate news. We will make every effort to help Julie focus on her recovery."

Idol Athletics Broadcast

The 2025 Idol Star Athletics Championships—a Chuseok holiday TV special featuring K-pop idols competing in sports—will air in October.
