Rookie group CORTIS has made an immediate impact on the global stage, entering the U.S. Billboard charts right after debut.
According to Billboard's latest update (dated Sept. 20), CORTIS' debut album COLOR OUTSIDE LINES ranked No. 15 on the World Albums chart. While they did not appear on the Billboard 200 this week — as the album dropped in the U.S. on Sept. 12, just after the chart's tracking window closed — industry watchers expect a possible entry on the next chart cycle.
Strong Song Performance
Their follow-up track FaSHioN secured No. 9 on the World Digital Song Sales chart, standing alongside hits by BTS and BLACKPINK. The intro track GO! has also been gaining traction, topping the Daily Viral Songs Global chart for three days and holding at No. 2 for four consecutive days, with particularly strong performance in North America.
Rising Streaming Momentum
Spotify monthly listeners surpassed 3 million as of Sept. 14, with 2 million new listeners added in just 13 days — a notable sign of their rapid international rise.
A Powerful Start
CORTIS, the first new group launched by BIGHIT MUSIC in six years, already set a record with 430,000 first-week album sales, ranking fourth among K-pop group debuts.
With Billboard recognition and explosive streaming growth, CORTIS is being closely watched as one of the most promising new acts in the K-pop scene.
