Licenne has spoken out regarding rumors of mistreatment within their agency.
On September 14, member May held a YouTube live stream during which shouting between a man and a woman could be heard in the background. Some fans speculated it was a fight, raising concerns about possible conflict between the company and the group.
May clarified at the time that it was "just the members in the next room hanging out," but suspicions persisted online.
On September 16, May directly addressed the issue again through the fan platform Bubble: "Our company and artists share an equal relationship. Every staff member genuinely cares for Licenne. The sound in the video was just everyday noise from outside the building. I wanted to reassure fans who were worried."
Their agency, The Muse Entertainment, also issued an official statement the same day, stressing: "Baseless speculation continues to circulate. We will take legal action against the spread of false information."
Licenne is a five-member girl group that debuted in March 2024 with the single UhUh. Since then, they have released tracks such as Love Attack, Glow Up, and Deja Vu, showcasing a fresh and youthful style.
