SHINee's Taemin has returned with a visually striking performance, revealing the music video for his new digital single Veil on September 20 via YouTube. The track was first released on September 13.

Inner Confessions Through Contrasting Imagery

Veil portrays the delicate balance between desire and fear, expressed as an intimate confession. The music video brings these emotions to life with contrasting visuals: Taemin submerged in water exposing wounds and sorrow, surrounded by flames to channel rage and raw intensity, and later appearing in a sharp suit exuding charisma. In a pure white setting, he softened the tone with a serene and innocent aura.

A Return After One Year

This marks Taemin's comeback after about one year and one month since his fifth mini album Eternal in August 2024, a record that reflected his forward-looking spirit amidst constant change.

Arena Tour in Progress

Currently, Taemin is performing his 2025 Arena Tour Veil, which kicked off in Saga, Japan, on September 20–21. The tour will continue across Shizuoka, Chiba, Hyogo, and other major cities, showcasing his signature artistry to fans across Japan.
