LE SSERAFIM is expanding their reach in Japan with a high-profile collaboration, teaming up with YOASOBI for a special release tied to one of the country's biggest fashion platforms.
Special Single 'the NOISE' with YOASOBI
On September 22, Source Music announced that LE SSERAFIM will drop the NOISE on September 26 at 1 p.m. KST to celebrate the 20th anniversary of ZOZOTOWN, Japan's largest online fashion retailer. The project is part of ZOZOTOWN's anniversary campaign featuring collaborations with artists.
the NOISE samples Tokyo Coffee Break's hit Yoru ni Kakeru, but reimagines it with city pop and Y2K elements. The dreamy soundscape blends seamlessly with LE SSERAFIM's unique vocals, offering fans a fresh reinterpretation of the iconic track.
Performing at ZOZOFES
The group will also perform at ZOZOFES, ZOZOTOWN's anniversary festival, on October 13 at K-Arena Yokohama. Their inclusion in the lineup underscores their growing impact in the Japanese market.
Building a Strong Japanese Presence
LE SSERAFIM has been making waves in Japan as the only 4th-generation K-pop girl group to earn four consecutive Gold Disc certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) with Korean-language albums. Their EASY CRAZY HOT world tour drew around 110,000 fans in Japan alone, and they are set to perform at Tokyo Dome in November—a career milestone.
Global Tour Nears Its Finale
While expanding in Japan, LE SSERAFIM is also wrapping up their North American tour, with the final show scheduled in Mexico City on September 24.
With new music, major festival appearances, and a Tokyo Dome performance ahead, LE SSERAFIM is solidifying their reputation as one of the leading global acts of K-pop's 4th generation.
