Rookie boy group Cortiz has stormed into the U.S. Billboard charts with their very first release.
According to the latest Billboard update (dated September 27), Cortiz's debut EP COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES entered the Billboard 200 at No. 15. This marks the second-highest debut ranking ever for a K-pop group's first album, following SuperM, who previously debuted at No. 1 as a special project unit.
Cortiz also stands out as the only rookie artist of 2025 to secure a spot on the Billboard 200. Moreover, no newly debuted K-pop boy group has broken into the top 20 of the chart in the past four years, underscoring the significance of their achievement.
The EP performed strongly across Billboard's sub-charts as well, ranking No. 3 on both Top Album Sales and Top Current Album Sales, and reaching No. 2 on World Albums.
Their tracks are resonating globally, too. Lead single GO! entered the Global 200 at No. 180, while both GO! (No. 136) and FaSHioN (No. 198) charted on the Global Excl. U.S. list.
COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES captures Cortiz's first step toward breaking boundaries and finding their true voice. The five-track EP includes What You Want, GO!, and FaSHioN among others.
Cortiz is the first new group from BigHit Music in six years, following global powerhouses BTS and TXT.
