BAE173 has suffered a music leak just weeks before their scheduled return.
Recently, snippets of tracks from the group's upcoming album were uploaded online without authorization. Their agency, PocketDol Studio, confirmed the incident and stated that they are currently tracing the source of the leak.
The company vowed strong countermeasures, telling Dispatch on September 24: "We are thoroughly reviewing the entire process and will implement safeguards to prevent this from happening again."
Despite the setback, BAE173's comeback will move forward as planned. The group is set to release their first full-length album on October 23, marking their return about a year and six months after their 5th mini-album NEW CHAPTER: LUCEAT.
BAE173 is also gearing up for overseas activities. Beginning November 4, they will embark on a Japan tour, visiting major cities including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya to meet fans.
