SEVENTEEN's special unit S.Coups and Mingyu are making a powerful impact on music charts with their new release.

The duo dropped their first mini album HYPE VIBES on September 29. According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold 600,575 copies on its first day, immediately topping the daily album chart. Reaching half a million sales in just 24 hours is an exceptional achievement for a unit group, showcasing their strong album power.

Global Chart Domination

HYPE VIBES also swept the iTunes Top Albums chart in 11 countries and regions, ranking No. 6 on the Worldwide Albums chart. In China, the album earned a Double Gold certification on QQ Music, awarded for surpassing 500,000 yuan in sales.

Title Track "5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)" Takes Off

The title track quickly rose to No. 1 on Bugs' real-time chart, while every track from the album entered Melon's Top 100. "5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)" also charted on iTunes Top Songs in 16 countries, including Spain, Indonesia, and Egypt, and appeared on Japan's Line Music Song Top 100.

The music video gained massive traction as well, hitting No. 1 on YouTube's Worldwide Trending Music Videos list, particularly in countries such as Korea, Germany, Canada, and Indonesia.

S.Coups and Mingyu will unveil their first live performance of the new track on Mnet's M Countdown on October 2.
