EXO's Chen has once again demonstrated his global reach with his latest solo release.
On September 29, Chen dropped his fifth mini album Arcadia, which quickly rose on iTunes charts worldwide by the following morning.
Strong iTunes Performance
Arcadia claimed No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums in 14 regions, including Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Thailand. The title track of the same name also reached the top spot on iTunes Top Songs in 11 regions, such as Brazil, Paraguay, and Kazakhstan.
Journey Toward an Ideal World
The album's title, Arcadia, signifies an ideal land. Through this record, Chen illustrates both the journey toward a utopia and the emotions found upon arriving there. The mini album consists of five tracks: "Arcadia," "No Gravity," "Help Me Somebody to Love," "In My Life," and "Déjà Vu."
Return After Over a Year
This comeback marks Chen's first in about one year and four months since releasing his fourth mini album Door in May last year, a project that explored themes of friendship and growth.
Upcoming Solo Concert
Chen is also preparing for his first-ever solo concert in Korea. The two-day show, titled Arcadia, will be held at KEPCO Art Center in Seoul on October 11–12.
