SEVENTEEN created unforgettable memories with their Hong Kong fans during their latest world tour stop.

The group held their NEW_ IN HONG KONG concerts on September 27–28 at Kai Tak Stadium, drawing more than 72,600 fans over two days. It marked their first visit to Hong Kong in about seven years, following their 2018 solo concert IDEAL CUT.

Heartfelt Performances for CARATs

SEVENTEEN opened the show by thanking fans: "Thank you for waiting for us for such a long time." They performed the title track "Thunder" from their fifth studio album, along with solo stages that showcased each member's individuality.

The group also sang in Chinese, delivering "The Meaning of Meeting," while DK and Seungkwan added an impromptu performance of the local ballad "The Last Fireworks of a Midsummer Night," leaving fans deeply moved.

Jackie Chan Joins as Special Guest

The highlight of the night came when actor Jackie Chan, who co-starred with Jun in the film Lost in the Stars, made a surprise appearance. Together, they performed "Hero of Sincerity," drawing massive cheers from the audience.

Chan warmly embraced each member and declared, "I am a fan of SEVENTEEN." On the second day, director Larry Yang and singer-actor Richie Jen were also spotted in the audience, showing support.

Immersive Fan Experiences Across the City

In celebration of the tour, SEVENTEEN launched large-scale fan experiences across Hong Kong. They became the first K-pop artists to stage a massive drone show at Wan Chai Waterfront Park, titled "CARAT Mirror."

Other landmarks also joined the celebration: the Avenue of Stars transformed into a MiniTeen character exhibition, cable cars were wrapped with SEVENTEEN's images, and even trams and the iconic Aqua Luna cruise ship were decorated with the group's tour themes.

Next Stop: North America

Following their successful Hong Kong shows, SEVENTEEN will continue the NEW_ tour in five North American cities starting next month.
