MiYao is set to heat up the autumn music scene with a bold comeback.

The group will release their new digital single Burning Up on October 14, returning about five months after their first mini album MY EYES OPEN VVIDE. On October 2 and 3, MiYao unveiled teaser content across social media, hinting at contrasting moods for their upcoming track.

The first teaser leaned into Y2K nostalgia, featuring an early-2000s flip phone, retro 8-bit sounds, and MiYao's signature black cat stretching into frame. The second teaser took a more intense turn, showcasing a silver car under heavy beats, with its taillights melting under scorching heat—visually reinforcing the title Burning Up.

Earlier this year, MiYao impressed with their debut mini album, promoting double title tracks Hands Up and Drop Top, which highlighted their versatile charms.

A representative shared, "MiYao is coming back after five months with fresh energy. They are continuously expanding their concept spectrum, and fans can look forward to seeing yet another new side of them this time."

Burning Up will be released on October 14 at 6 p.m. KST on major music platforms.
