(G)I-DLE has officially launched their first-ever Japan tour.

The group held the opening concerts of their "2025 (G)I-DLE First Japan Tour 'Ai-dle'" on October 4–5 at Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo. The title "Ai-dle" plays on the Japanese word "ai (逢い)" meaning "to meet," symbolizing an adventurous journey to connect with their fans, Neverland. The tour continues to Kobe's Giraion Arena on October 18–19.

They opened the show with "Doushiyokkana (どうしよっかな)", the title track from their first Japanese EP "i-dle", which marks the group's first release since their recent rebranding.

The concert featured a rich setlist encapsulating eight years of (G)I-DLE's musical journey. They performed Japanese versions of "I Hate Being Sick" and "Klaxon," along with chart-topping hits such as "Wife," "Girlfriend," "Allergy," "Don't Stop Me," "MY BAG," and "TOMBOY."

Songs from their new Japanese EP also highlighted the show, including "Queencard" (Japanese ver.), "Invincible," and a rearranged version of "Doushiyokkana."

Solo and unit stages added variety. Miyeon covered the OST from the Japanese drama "Glass Heart," while Soyeon performed the iconic theme song from "Digimon Adventure." Minnie, Yuqi, and Shuhua teamed up for a bright and playful performance of "Ai♡Scream!"—an OST from the "Love Live!" anime series.

At the end of the concert, (G)I-DLE shared heartfelt words:

"Every moment was joyful and happy. We hope to have many more chances to meet you again."

The group will continue their Japan tour on October 18–19 at Giraion Arena in Kobe.
