BOYNEXTDOOR has begun warming up for their return with a sneak peek of their upcoming album.

On October 9, KOZ Entertainment released a track spoiler video for the group's 5th mini album The Action through HYBE Labels' official YouTube channel.

A Fun, Movie-Themed Spoiler Clip

The 3-minute, 48-second video features the members acting as part of a fictional movie production crew called "Team The Action," shooting a short film filled with humorous and clumsy moments. Each scene is paired with snippets of the album's new songs, including Hollywood Action, You Know, Jam!, Bathroom, and Live in Paris.

Track Highlights

The title track Hollywood Action blends bright brass sounds with swing rhythms, capturing a confident, star-like energy. Members Jaehyun, Taesan, Woonhak, and Leehan participated in writing and composing the track.

You Know is a heartfelt ballad about a lover preparing for a breakup, while Jam! centers on friendship, freestyle dance, and the joy of connection through music.

Bathroom expresses the chaos of emotions that explode after a conflict with a loved one, and Live in Paris likens late-night creative sessions to being out of sync with Paris time — a poetic take on artistic dedication.

A Bold Step Forward

The Action marks BOYNEXTDOOR's first release in about five months. Through this album, the group expresses their determination to move toward a "better version" of themselves, showcasing both ambition and growth through music.

The new mini album The Action will be officially released on October 20 at 6 p.m. KST.
