ILLIT's YoonA and Minju are lending their voices to a new drama soundtrack, marking their first-ever OST participation.
On October 15, production company NyamNyam Entertainment announced that YoonA and Minju of ILLIT will sing the main theme for KBS-2TV's upcoming weekend miniseries "Last Summer."
A representative commented, "A powerhouse girl group known for their strong vocals is joining the project. Their voices will beautifully deepen the emotional tone of the series."

Expanding ILLIT's Musical Spectrum
The duo is expected to add emotional depth with their distinctive vocals. YoonA is known for her powerful tone and stable performance, while Minju captivates with her clear, expressive voice.
An insider praised the members, saying, "YoonA is a true chart queen, and Minju has a tone you can always trust to deliver emotion."
BELIFT LAB added, "ILLIT is expanding their musical spectrum through this OST. Their voices will heighten the drama's immersion and leave a lasting impression."
"Last Summer" premieres on November 1 at 9:20 p.m. on KBS-2TV.
(Cultural context: In K-pop, participating in a drama OST is often seen as a milestone that showcases an idol's vocal growth and emotional range beyond group activities.)
