BOYNEXTDOOR has officially kicked off the countdown to their return. The group will release their fifth mini album "The Action" on October 20, setting high expectations with a creative film-themed concept.
This time, the six members transform into a movie production crew called "Team The Action." The new project follows their journey as they attempt to submit a film to a fictional festival, blending storytelling and music in a cinematic way.
A Movie-Inspired Comeback
Their comeback campaign began with a "Kick Off" video released on September 22, featuring the same outfits they wore when departing for Lollapalooza Chicago in August—adding a sense of continuity and realism.
Additional teaser films showed the members working as crew members on a Hollywood set, chasing a legendary script. Their SNS promotions have also drawn attention, including a blog narrated by member Woonhak, sharing behind-the-scenes stories with a slice-of-life vibe. Fans have responded enthusiastically, leaving comments directly on the interactive blog, while BOYNEXTDOOR's vlog-style clips are generating even more excitement.

The group also unveiled "Loading" version concept photos and short films inspired by various movie genres—sports, youth, fantasy, thriller, and school action—symbolizing their creative range.
