G-Dragon has officially launched legal proceedings against those spreading malicious rumors and defamatory posts online.
On October 17, Galaxy Corporation released a statement through social media, confirming that it is "actively pursuing legal action against individuals posting defamatory content about G-Dragon."
The agency revealed that after collecting fan reports and related evidence up until late September, it officially filed complaints on October 15 against several users for violating the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation).
The company emphasized its strict stance, noting that it is particularly focused on cases involving false information and serious defamation, ensuring perpetrators face legal consequences.
Further complaints are expected. Galaxy Corporation stated, "We will continue to cooperate with investigative authorities to take action across major domestic platforms and online communities."
The company concluded, "We are committed to ensuring our artist can create in a healthy environment and thank fans for their continuous support and information reports."
