NMIXX has claimed the No.1 spot on Melon's Top 100 chart, solidifying their growing popularity with listeners.
The group released their first full-length album Blue Valentine on October 13, sweeping major domestic music and album charts with its title track of the same name. On October 20 at 11 PM, the song reached No.1 on Melon's Top 100, just 23 hours after peaking at No.2 — marking a new career high for NMIXX.
The track overtook Golden, the long-standing No.1 OST from Netflix's K-pop Demon Hunters, and soared from No.85 to No.10 on the daily chart in just a week. It also ranked No.1 on Bugs' Daily Chart (October 19) and No.2 on its Weekly Chart (October 13–19), while topping Hanteo's Weekly Album Chart during the same period.
Known for their powerful vocals, intricate performances, and distinctive musical identity, NMIXX took a more accessible approach with Blue Valentine, earning the title of a true "public pick." The album captures the emotional duality of love — its beauty and its inevitable conflict — with the title track being affectionately dubbed a "fall carol" by fans.
The song's nostalgic warmth, swelling chorus, and harmonious vocals perfectly embody the season's sentiment. Riding this momentum, NMIXX will kick off their first-ever world tour Episode 1: Zero Frontier at Inspire Arena in Incheon on November 29–30, nearly three years and nine months after their debut.
