Actors Kang Ha Neul, Kim Young Kwang, Cha Eun Woo, Kang Young Seok, and Han Sun Hwa team up for the new comedy film "First Ride," a heartfelt story about friendship, chaos, and rediscovery.
The movie follows a group of four friends who embark on their first overseas trip after 24 years of friendship, facing everything from petty arguments to police encounters and even human trafficking mishaps — all while learning the true meaning of loyalty.

Director Nam Dae Joong revealed, "I wrote the script before '30 Days' (2023) but postponed it due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. This story comes from my own experiences — it's about the kind of friendship that heals and makes you laugh."

The film features Kang Ha Neul as Tae Jung, a brilliant yet clumsy aide to a congressman; Kim Young Kwang as Do Jin, a former basketball captain who rekindles his passion for music; Kang Young Seok as Geum Bok, a monk-to-be torn between faith and freedom; Han Sun Hwa as Ok Sim, a spirited companion who adds warmth and charm; and Cha Eun Woo as Yeon Min, a DJ whose narration ties their journey together.

With genuine chemistry and witty banter, "First Ride" blends nostalgia and humor into a relatable story about growing up, drifting apart, and finding your way back — reminding audiences that friendship, like youth, never really fades.
