HYBE's Latin Boy Group 'Santos Bravos' Finalizes Five Members Ahead of Debut
by. ymchoi

HYBE's first Latin boy group, Santos Bravos, has officially revealed its final five members — signaling their debut is just around the corner.

On October 22 (KST), HYBE Latin America held the Santos Bravos debut concert at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City. Contestants from the reality show "Santos Bravos" performed on stage, marking the culmination of a six-month training process that began with 17 participants who passed the first round of auditions.

The final lineup includes Drew (U.S./Mexico), Alejandro (Peru), Caue (Brazil), Gabi (Puerto Rico), and Kenneth (Mexico). HYBE Latin America stated, "These five showed exceptional musical talent, stage performance, expressiveness, and global potential, earning the highest scores overall."

Drew, the group's leader, stands out for his charisma and balanced strength in both vocals and performance. Alejandro captivates listeners with his emotional voice, while Gabi's dynamic stage presence energizes audiences. Caue is praised as an "all-rounder idol," and the youngest member Kenneth has been immersed in music since the age of three.

Their diverse cultural backgrounds create a rich synergy, as proven by their debut concert's high energy and crowd engagement. The group's debut single "0%" features a bold bass line, sleek electronic sound, and Latin pop melody — co-written and composed by a team of global songwriters.

HYBE Latin America Vice President Santiago Duque explained, "The track combines the energy of K-pop with the distinctive rhythm and emotion of Latin music."

Santos Bravos marks HYBE's second Latin-based project, developed through a competitive reality format that documented its finalists' journey on YouTube. The show drew intense global attention, as it represented HYBE's first application of its renowned artist development system in Latin America.

Local response has been overwhelming. Originally planned as a 5,000-seat concert, the venue expanded to 10,000 seats due to soaring demand — all of which sold out.

The group will debut under HYBE Latin America's label, Ciento Records.
