Cha Eun-woo is set to gift fans with his second solo album ELSE, recorded before his military enlistment — a project that promises to keep his presence alive during his time away from the stage.
On October 24, Cha Eun-woo's agency announced the release of his second solo album through official channels, accompanied by a "Coming Soon" teaser video that heightened fans' anticipation.
A Teaser Filled with Mystery
In the teaser, Cha Eun-woo captivates with a mysterious aura — his shifting expressions and subtle gestures intensify the intrigue. At one point, he clasps his face in confusion, his leather jacket and stage makeup emphasizing a darker, more charismatic side rarely seen before.
A Gift Before the Hiatus
Cha Eun-woo, who enlisted in the Army Band last July, is currently serving his mandatory duty with diligence. ELSE marks his first solo release in about one year and nine months since his mini-album ENTITY, signaling that his artistry continues even during military service.
The multi-talented performer is also expanding his acting career. His film First Ride (directed by Nam Dae-jung) will be released on October 29, while Netflix's The Wonderfuls will showcase him as character Lee Un-jung.
ELSE will be available on major Korean and global streaming platforms on November 21 at 1 p.m. KST.
