Plans for BTS's world tour and new album release remain undecided, despite international media reports suggesting otherwise.
A representative from BIGHIT MUSIC told Dispatch on October 27, "Nothing has been decided yet regarding BTS's new world tour schedule or scale."
Earlier, U.S. business outlet Bloomberg reported that BTS was preparing a 65-show world tour across multiple continents next year and that a full-group album would be released in March 2026. However, both claims have been confirmed to be inaccurate.
According to the agency, "The release date for the next album has not been set." The members began working on new music in the U.S. in July and continue to prepare for their next project.
Meanwhile, RM will deliver a keynote speech at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit in Gyeongju on October 29, marking the first time a K-pop artist has spoken at the event. His address will focus on "Cultural and Creative Industries and K-Culture Soft Power in the APEC Region."
