The biggest names in K-drama will gather once again for a grand celebration. The A-PAN Star Awards are making their return this December.

According to the Korea Entertainment Management Association, the "2025 SeoulCon A-PAN Star Awards" will take place on December 29 at Art Hall 1 of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul.

The A-PAN Star Awards remain the only comprehensive drama awards in Korea, recognizing excellence across all broadcasting platforms — including terrestrial, cable, OTT, and web dramas.

Now in its 11th year since launching in 2012, the event has built a strong global following among K-drama fans and promises an even more dynamic and diverse experience this year.

Eligible nominees include all Korean dramas aired from November last year to October this year, with top stars representing the industry competing for major honors.

Fairness remains a key principle. Judges include directors, writers, journalists, and critics from across the entertainment field, ensuring credibility through genre-blind evaluations.

Past Grand Prize winners include Son Hyun-joo (1st), Song Hye-kyo (2nd), Jo In-sung (3rd), Kim Soo-hyun (4th), Song Joong-ki (5th, 8th), Lee Byung-hun (6th), Hyun Bin (7th), and Lee Jun-ho (9th). Last year's winner, Kim Tae-ri, was recognized for her acclaimed performance in tvN's Jeong Nyeon, mastering acting, vocal tone, dialect, and dance.

The "SeoulCon A-PAN Star Awards" will be held on December 29 at DDP and broadcast through tvN.
