Bumkey is paying tribute to the late Wheesung with a heartfelt reinterpretation of one of his classic songs.

On October 30, Brand New Music announced that Bumkey will release a remake of I'm Missing You, a track from Wheesung's second album It's Real.

The project was produced with the consent of Wheesung's family, blending Bumkey's signature R&B tone with the emotional depth of the original. The remake serves as both a tribute and an expression of enduring respect for the late artist.

"Bumkey wanted to honor Wheesung's legacy through this song," the agency stated. "He approached it with a strong sense of responsibility for the R&B soul genre, creating a deeply moving result."

Bumkey's remake of I'm Missing You will be released on major streaming platforms at 6 p.m. today.
