Choi Lip-woo, a former contestant from Mnet's "Boys 2 Planet" (Boys Planet 2), is set to make his solo debut this December.

On October 31, FNC Entertainment confirmed to Dispatch, "Choi Lip-woo is preparing to release his solo track in December. We ask for your support and anticipation."

From Survival Show to Solo Artist

Choi Lip-woo gained attention as the official "visual member" of "Boys 2 Planet," even appearing on the main promotional poster. He finished 10th in the finale, narrowly missing the final lineup for Alpha Drive One.

Now focused on his solo debut, he is said to be crafting a fresh and youthful concept that highlights his bright charm.

No Spin-Off Group Yet

While several agencies, including FNC, have left the possibility of forming spin-off groups open, CJ ENM has reportedly not begun formal discussions about any follow-up projects involving "Boys 2 Planet" trainees.

Choi Lip-woo's solo debut is scheduled for December, marking a new beginning beyond the survival program.
