&TEAM has achieved a new milestone with their Korean debut release, marking their highest first-week sales to date.
The group dropped their first Korean mini album Back to Life on October 28. According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold a total of 1,222,022 copies during its first week (October 28–November 3).
On its release day alone, Back to Life moved 1,139,988 copies, instantly earning million-seller status. Following the success of their Japanese third single Go In Blind, this marks &TEAM's second consecutive million-seller achievement.
Their success extended to Japan as well. The album topped Oricon's Weekly Album Ranking (dated November 10), making &TEAM the first Japanese artist ever to reach No. 1 on the chart with a Korean-language album.
Back to Life encapsulates the group's three-year journey and their determination for a new beginning, channeling &TEAM's core identity — the "wolf DNA" — into instinctive, bold energy.
The six-track record includes the title track Back to Life, along with Lunatic, MISMATCH, Rush, Heartbreak Time Machine, and Who am I.
The album brought together global hitmakers such as Julia Lewis and Tyler Spry, who co-produced the project, alongside contributors Scottie Dittrich, Mick Coogan, Park Moon-chi, Michael Matosic, Bang Si-hyuk, and Soma Genda.
Having first debuted in Japan in 2023, &TEAM has been primarily active there as a localized group. With this Korean debut, they are now expanding their presence through domestic music shows and variety appearances.
