From ILLIT to All Day Project Melon Music Awards 2025 Reveals Second Lineup
by. ymchoi

Rising K-pop stars are set to light up Gocheok Dome for this year's Melon Music Awards.

On November 5, Melon unveiled the second lineup for the 17th Melon Music Awards (MMA2025), selected based on platform data and fan votes. The stage will feature a wave of new-generation artists including NCT WISH, ILLIT, Hearts2Hearts, KIKI, All Day Project, and I:D It.

New-Gen Power Lineup

NCT WISH made waves this year with their mini-albums POPPop and COLOR, the latter topping Melon's Hot 100.

ILLIT will also join the stage after breaking into the Top 100 with Borrowed Cat, the title track from their June mini-album bomb.

Hearts2Hearts captured fans with three albums this year — The Chase, STYLE, and FOCUS. KIKI's pre-debut single I DO ME soared to No. 3 on the Hot 100, while DANCING ALONE continued her momentum.

All Day Project's debut single FAMOUS made history by topping the Top 100 just three days after release — the fastest ascent since the chart's renewal. I:D It, born from Starship Entertainment's Debut's Plan project, reached first place on a music show with Gloriously My Way just 12 days after debut.

Play the Moment

MMA2025 will be held under the slogan Play the Moment, celebrating every connection made through music. Ticket reservations open on Melon Ticket, with first-round access granted to Gold-tier members on November 24 and general sales opening on November 27.

Voting details for each award category will be released sequentially on Melon's official page.
